The problem of quantum chaotic scattering and wave packet dynamics is applied for the case of disordered systems at criticality. Hereby we present results of numerical simulations on models of disordered systems at criticality. The model belongs to the power-law band random matrix ensemble. Among other results we surprisingly found that by changing the effective bandwidth of the matrices the dynamical properties of the model resemeble a dimensional crossover.
