We generalize dynamical-mean field (DMFT) approach to weakly doped 2D Hubbard model introducing (nonlocal) electron interaction with collective SDW like antiferromagnetic spin (or CDW like charge) fluctuations, described at high enough temperatures as quenched Gaussian random field with finite correlation length of short range order and demonstrate pseudogap formation in the density of states, spectral functions and then ARPES spectra due to this interaction.
