Collective dynamics of coupled systems under time delays

Stability, synchronization, and consensus problems will be discussed in coupled systems in the presence of time delays. Several prototype systems will be considered both in continuous and discrete time and rigorous results will be presented. The emphasis will be, on the one hand, the novel dynamics induced by the delays, and, on the other hand, the relation of the dynamics to the connection topology of the underlying network.
