| Several new results related to fluctuation-induced forces in fluid membranes will be presented. The topics will include: i) calculation of membrane tension from the fluctuations of the stress tensor , ii) fluctuation-induced corrections to the force exerted by a nanotube and fluctuations of this force, and iii) fluctuation of the Casimir force between membrane inclusions. |
