The aim of this workshop is to provide a platform for talks and discussions on renormalization approaches for interacting quantum mechanical many-body systems.
In this context we will deal with various functional renormalization approaches to interacting fermion systems, e.g. the two-dimensional Hubbard model: Wilson's renormalization, flow equations and so on. Current developments and questions concerning strongly interacting electronic systems and non-equilibrium problems in interacting quantum systems etc. shall also be discussed. The main aspects of our workshop range from fundamental mathematical questions over refinements of the methods employed to calculations close to experiment. All these aspects will be considered together in order to promote progress in the understanding of strongly interacting many-particle systems.
