We show generically how dephasing rates can be implemented systematically within nonequilibrium renormalization group (RG). The formalism is a generalization of a previously developped real-time RG method by using a frequency representation and introducing a cutoff on the imaginary frequency axis. As a result we find that the RG flow is generically cut off by relaxation and dephasing rates. We apply the formalism to the nonequilibrium Kondo model. |
