Current algebra approach to an impurity in the Luttinger liquid

D.N. Aristov and P. W"olfle We address the problem of time-dependent electronic correlations in a Luttinger liquid with one impurity characterized by the S-matrix. We propose a formalism of non-abelian bosonization (currents' algebra) which was previously used for the analysis of multichannel Kondo problem. Our approach accounts for renormalization of the S-matrix and provides a closed form for the density and current correlation functions.
