Magnetic phase diagram for the Hubbard model on the Bethe lattice, A DMFT study for a DOS with singularity

We investigate the magnetic phase diagram for the Bethe-lattice with nearest-neighbor (NN) and next-nearest-neighbor (NNN) hopping. With NNN-hopping the density of states (DOS) develops a singularity at the band edge, if the next-nearest-neighbor hopping is large enough. Due to this singularity a ferromagnetic phase can be stabilized. We analyze this ferromagnetic phase as well as changes in the antiferromagnetic phase around half-filling. The phase diagram is calculated using dynamical mean field theory (DMFT) and numerical renormalization group (NRG) as impurity solver.
