Superfluid Fermi gas in optical lattices

We develop the hydrodynamic theory of Fermi superfluids in the presence of a 1D optical lattice. The relevant parameters (compressibility and effective mass) are calculated in the BCS regime. We also evaluate the center of mass oscillation frequency when the superfluid is confined by a harmonic trap.
