Real-world applications of multi-agent simulations

A number of reall-world applications of MAS will be reviewed. Applications are classified into several categories: (1) flows, (2) markets, (3) organizations, (4) risk, (5) abnormal behavior, (6) social. The description of each application will include the business context, the problem, why MAS is "the" solution, how it is implemented and an estimate of the business value.
