We consider firstly some stochastic PDE models which arise in the description of single neuron activity. Secondly, the effects of noise on coupled neurons of type I and HH-neurons. Thirdly, a two space-dimension stochastic model for spreading cortical depression. In all cases, results are obtained by simulation and stochastic analysis.
