ZnO/TiO2 nanocomposite was successfully synthesized by the two step solochemical synthesis method. The sintering temperature effects were carried out on structural and impedance spectroscopy using XRD, LCR meter. XRD data shows that the nanocomposite the formation of nanocomposite and exhibit no other impurity phase. The electrical behaviour of composite has been studied over a wide range of frequencies at room temperature using ac technique of complex impedance spectroscopy. The ac conductivity shows the frequency dependent behavior. The data reveals that the dielectric constant and loss tanδ exhibit the normal dielectric behavior and decreases with the increase in frequency, which has been explained in the light of Maxwell-Wagner model.
