We consider an interface (edge) of two paired quantum
Hall states: a spin polarized state at filling 1/2 and
a non-abelian spin singlet (NASS) state at filling 4/7.
Quasi-holes over the Mooore-Read state act as non-abelian
Ising anyons while the NASS state gives rise to Fibonacci
anyons, with braiding properties that are universal for
topological quantum computation. We show that the interface
supports neutral excitations that are described by a
conformal field theory of central charge c=7/10. We give
several examples of scattering and fusion processes
involving bulk and edge excitations.
