The reaction matrix method for the study of non-integrable 1D scattering systems with two channels

We solve Schrödinger equation for 1D open systems using Eisenbud-Wigner's Reaction matrix method. For various potential profiles, we calculate transmition as a function of energy, Wigner's time delays and spatial distributions. We analyze the wave function in the reaction region under the condition of resonance and other interesting values of energy.
