Motivation

The Max Planck Advanced Study Group (ASG) at the Center for Free Electron Laser Science (CFEL) hosts a two-day brainstorming to find out what theory wants experiment to do in the future with short-pulse X-ray sources, from high-harmonics to FELs. Experimental colleagues from the ASG working at FLASH, LCLS and with high harmonic sources will help to transform dreams of theory into realistic visions for future experiments.

We cover all local costs but a mandatory conference fee of 40 Euro.
Financial support for travel is available upon request.
