Part of our Max Planck Institute's mission is to foster international collaborations through our large visitors program. Typically, at any given time, our institute's members hail from about 40 different countries, naturally making mpipks into a lively and diverse place.
Nevertheless, women are statistically underrepresented and we are committed to increasing their share, both among scientists in residence as well as within our workshop and seminar program. Among the excellent female scientists at our institute, you are especially welcome to contact Kafa, Sudarshana, Katja, Meagan, or Ahana should you want to know more about life and work at mpipks, in particular as a woman scientist.
